School choice allows families to choose the best education available for their child. Regardless of your social or economic status, parents know their children the best, care the most and are most impacted by their child's success or failure. Therefore, it is the parents role to choose the school that is best for their child.

Over the last decade, REACH has led the fight to empower Pennsylvania's parents to send their children to the schools of their choice.

Finally, after a long battle, the REACH coalition successfully led the charge in Harrisburg for Act 4 of 2001 - the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC).

REACH Foundation is assisting schools and the other non-profits to create scholarship organization across Pennsylvania.
